1.5 mil has been allocated for a new meusuem in The Bronx, but they are trying to keep gangsta rap out of it. While I don't support those kind of lyrics, I do see Hip-Hop as a reflection of real life. That said, I think they should be included. We will see how this is played out.

I swiped this from punknews . Yes you read the title right, Jhonny Marr from the smith is playing alongside Modest Mouse and even share songwriting credits on the new album. I was done with modest mouse after their newest album, but now I have to check them out cause of this debacle. Lets hope for an ultra tremloed song a la "how soon is now"...

[movies] Secret Tarentino movie???

Apparently there is a movie on the festival circuit called "Ten Till Noon" that people are speculating is from the mind of Quentin Tarentino. According to the IMDB it's not true but I'm willing to bet 5 bucks he could have used a psuedonym. I haven't seen it but I am hoping it will hit some theaters in oregon. Keep your eyes open for this one.

Bill Pulman is going to play PKD in the big screen. Not to many deatails except this one: Musician Matthew Wilder, best known for his 1983 hit "Break My Stride," will direct starting next month.

In case you don't know, PKD wrote a few lil books that became small movies such as "Blade Runner", "Minority Report" and "A scanner Darkly".

I for one am excited.
